I recently interviewed someone with ten years of experience.
On paper, she seemed perfect—solid background, a decade of work under her belt.
But as we talked, I noticed something unexpected.
She had ten years of experience, but it felt more like one year repeated ten times.
It made me realize how easy it is to become stagnant if you’re not actively pushing yourself to learn and grow.
It’s not just about clocking in hours.
It’s about what you do with those hours, how you use them to stretch yourself, and how you keep moving forward, even when it’s uncomfortable.
There are 6 Personal Intellectual Assets that compound over the period of time.
I feel each and every person should work on them because they give massive results with time.
Mindset
Growing up in an Indian middle-class family teaches you a lot, but it also comes with its own set of challenges.
I’ve had to unlearn a few things and rewire my thinking along the way.
I’m always on the lookout for the smartest people to learn from.
Whether it’s online content or friends or meetings with founders and businesspeople, I believe that the people you spend your time with, shape who you become.
Network
It’s amazing what you can achieve when you know the right people.
I’ve been fortunate to build a network of incredibly smart individuals who are just a phone call away.
This isn’t just about getting things done—it’s about creating opportunities, finding the right hires, solving problems and opening doors that might otherwise remain closed.
Access to the right people at the right time is like having a superpower. It makes everything easier.

Personal Brand
I think being known for something is one of the most valuable assets you can have.
I am not talking about being a celebrity. I am not one.
It’s about trust, recognition, and the opportunities that come your way because people know what you stand for.
Whenever someone thinks of me, what’s the first thought that comes to their mind?
That’s my personal brand. It’s a reflection of everything I’ve done for you and everything I aim to be.

Experience
I’ve been fortunate to work across a broad spectrum—B2B, B2C, products, services, MNC, startups, Government sector – everything.
It’s not just about the hours—it’s about the variety of experiences.
Each one has taught me something new and helped me refine my approach, often in ways that most professionals don’t get a chance to experiment with.

Skills & Knowledge
I’ve always been curious about how things work.
This curiosity led me to dive deep into every aspect of life – business, health, finance, hobbies, home making and so on.
Over time, I’ve realized that the combination of these skills and knowledge creates something powerful.
Now club this with AI in upcoming days and I am on the verge of becoming a superhuman.

Processes & Systems
Over the years, I’ve spent a lot of time creating systems and processes that cut down the time it takes to get things done.
For example, what used to take me two hours now takes just 15 minutes.
These systems aren’t just about efficiency—they’re about freeing up my mind and learn new things.
The less time I spend on routine tasks, the more time I have to think, learn, create, and focus on what really matters. Or simply relax or entertain myself.

WHAT I DID THIS WEEK
Watched “Don’t Look Up” which is about 2 astronomers who warn the world about a comet marching towards the Earth. It’s a nice movie if you are interested in astronomy.
Then I watched “Stree 2” – obviously! Super trending movie right now. Overall, I liked it and amazed how this comedy horror universe is turning out to be!
Completed reading “Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Old School” which is the 10th book of this franchise.
Published 2 videos this week and one of them was about – Complete Courses Without Watching using AI.
Let me know if you’re interested in this video and I will share the link. Super useful for students 🙂
Overall, this week was quite productive and I happy about it. Loved the way it went!
Also, I am curating resources to help students learn some skills. What skills would you like me to work upon?
Of course, make sure they are relevant to me. You know me well by now.
